This scene is a common one captured in one of the "estancias" (cattle ranch) of San Antonio de Areco, in the province of Buenos Aires. This time they were castrating calf. As cruel as it sounds, it has its mystic or art. The animal is free between 4 or 5 gauchos. Some of them by horse, others on foot. There is a competition between them. Who captures it in less than one minute? It is a place where these men show us their skills and their bravery.
